The History of the Radio Flyer

The radio flyer has long been present in any kids collection of toys. It represents an era in the US when simple, hardworking and imaginative men can prosper with just enough diligence, determination and innovative talents. The radio flyer atw was invented in 1917 by a man named Antonio Pasin from Venice, Italy. He moved to US when he in 1913 when was 16 years old. With nothing but determination, skill and a wild imagination, he started saving up his money to buy woodwork tools and a one room workshop in Chicago. From there, the radio flyer was born. The first name of the radio flyer was the liberty coaster. He soon named it radio flyer because he has a passion for radios and things that take flight. Although it was the era of the Great Depression in United States, his company would produce 1500 toy wagons in a day. Truly, diligence, imagination and innovation can do wondrous things to a man.
